how old do you have to be??
Depends on the job you’d like. 16 would be preferred, but there’s no age limit if you just want to help :)

Beisdes the company, Natsu Staff receive room and board throughout the weekend, backstage access to events, and learn the leadership skills and decision-making abilities that can be applied towards any career or activity. As a staff member you deal with many interesting people on a daily basis, and come to understand organizational skills applicable to life, and plus, the free T-shirt isn’t half bad either.
