No frivolous elevator riding/stairway loitering (for example: elevator parties).
Costumes

No act which could result in substantial risk and/or harm to people or property; No sexual misconduct, such as indecent exposure, offensive touching, or sexual harassment.
Solicitation
Anyone who so wishes to sell items during NatsuCon within event space must have a vendor’s license from the city of Bridgeton. As such, any attendee attempting to sell costumes, props, Anime/Manga, refreshments, or services will be treated as running an illegal business and be asked to leave. This includes signs to the effect of “Will ____ for ____.” Free Hugs signs and/or Free Glomps signs are allowed. Any offensive signage will not be allowed. Any signs or advertisements (i.e. banners) found to be offensive or violating this rule will be confiscated and destroyed. NatsuCon reserves the right to deem any signage suitable or offensive at its discretion.
Substances
Any restricted substances (i.e. Tobacco, Alcohol) may not be brought into the convention. Any minors found in possession of said substances will be given a warning and their contraband confiscated. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel/venue, and anyone seen doing so will be asked to leave. Any adult found aiding a minor in attaining any restricted substances will have their badge revoked, be escorted out of the convention, banned for one year, and if applicable, detained and turned into the proper authorities. Non-restricted substances such as soda and snacks may not be brought into the convention. All items must be kept in attendee’s rooms; Drinks/snacks purchased in the vendor’s room may be consumed outside of the convention area. Attendees found in violation of the rule face confiscation of their items and will be given a warning.
Vandalism
Any actions that damage hotel/venue property or other attendee’s property will not be tolerated. Anyone caught vandalizing hotel or attendee property will have their badge revoked, be escorted out of the convention, banned for one year, and if applicable, detained and turned into the proper authorities.
Weapons
No firearm, projectile, or live steel may be brought into the convention, legal or otherwise. All prop weaponry must be peace-bonded by staff at Con Ops. NatsuCon Staff reserve the right to reject props or costumes at its discretion. Weapons bought in the dealers room must be removed from the event space and placed in attendee’s rooms or cars, and remain sealed until off of Venue Property. Failure to adhere to these rules can result in confiscation of the weapon and the attendee’s badge being revoked.
NatsuCon Good-Sense Policy:
“At any time if an attendee is caught within a gray area of the rules, instead of giving them a loophole staff reserves the right to take actions as if they were breaking the rule intentionally (within good sense). This refers to costume choice, levels of rambunctiousness, and general misbehavior. In the same manner, people caught in these gray areas may also be absolved.”
*NatsuCon does not Condone or Condemn room parties as any part of the convention. We are not responsible for attendees actions, and will cooperate with the hotel on all matters regarding attendee behavior, including but not limited to property damage, underage drinking, noise complaints, or any other disruptive activities.
LIABILITY
NatsuCon is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. Attendees are responsible for their individual actions and any repercussions that may result. In order to protect the safety of others NatsuCon attendees understand and agree that NatsuCon security staff has an absolute right to inspect costumes, weaponry, and any other items and that they will submit to such an inspection. Any attendee must submit to an immediate inspection upon the request of NatsuCon security staff or must leave the convention… If an attendee declines to submit to an inspection and refuses to leave, they will immediately be ejected from the convention and escorted from the premises.
